Both. 100-import quota applies for both importing from Shopify to eBay and eBay to Shopify.
Open the Ritafy eBay Integration app in your Shopify admin and go to eBay Store Connection and Setup in the Home tab.
Select your eBay marketplace, then click Connect eBay Account. You will be redirected to eBay to sign in and authorize access.
Log in to your eBay account and approve the connection to complete the setup.
Currently, Ritafy only supports one eBay account per Shopify store. To connect a different account, you must first disconnect your existing one.
To change your eBay store:
1. Navigate to the Home tab in the Ritafy eBay Integration app.
2. Locate the Store name section.
3. Click the Change your eBay store button to disconnect your current store and link a new one.
Data from a disconnected store is securely retained in our system. For Free plan users, data is stored for up to 1 year, while for paid plan users, data is stored permanently.
If you reconnect the store later, your existing data, such as linked products and settings, will be automatically restored.
