2. Import from Shopify to eBay

The Import from Shopify to eBay feature allows you to:

• Import individual products from Shopify to eBay
  
• Import multiple products in bulk
  
• Delete or unpublish products from eBay either individually or in bulk 

How it works:

Step 1: Open Ritafy in your Shopify admin.

Step 2: Go to your Shopify products tab in Ritafy to select the product you want to publish to eBay. In this tab, manage the profile associated with each product.

Step 3: Choose the products you want to Publish to eBay or Unpublish from eBay. 

For Single Product Import

1. Click the Publish to eBay button next to the selected product to begin the publishing process.  

2. After clicking Publish to eBay, a confirmation screen will appear to ensure the selected product is the correct item you want to upload. Click Proceed to Upload to confirm and continue.  

For Bulk Action: Use bulk actions to process multiple products at once. Please ensure the selected products belong to the same profile and category.

1. To select all products: Click the checkbox at the top-left corner of the product list to select all listed products. Choose the appropriate bulk action (Publish or Unpublish) as shown in the image below.

2. To select individual products: Simply tick the checkbox next to each product you want to include and perform the desired bulk action: Publish to eBay or Unpublish from eBay. 

3. After selecting the option, a confirmation screen will appear to ensure the selected products are the correct items you want to upload. Click Proceed to Upload to confirm and continue. 

Step 4: You will be redirected to the Create your Profile page.

Please read the description of each field carefully before entering or selecting the required information. Proper configuration ensures that your product listing is published successfully on eBay.

Step 5: Once the profile has been selected or successfully created:

1. If published successfully, the product listing will be created on eBay, and the status will indicate a successful upload.
2. If publishing fails, an error message will appear explaining the issue. Please read the error message carefully and update or correct the required information accordingly.
